Young Ukrainian Scientists Among the Winners of Regeneron ISEF — the Largest Science Fair in the USA
From May 10 to 16, the United States hosted the 2025 Regeneron ISEF International Science and Engineering Fair.
Regeneron ISEF is the largest international event of its kind and holds tremendous prestige in the global scientific community. Each year, the fair gathers over 10,000 participants and visitors from around the world.
This year, Ukraine was represented at ISEF in Columbus, Ohio, by Iryna Korynevska, Volodymyr Yeriomin, Dmytro Hryshchuk, Tymofii Meshkov, and Danylo Termita. Each participant brought their own unique scientific project to the event.
As a result of the exhibition, Iryna Korynevska received a special award from the American Physiological Association. Iryna is a 10th-grade student at a Kyiv lyceum. Her project, titled “Development and Implementation of the ‘Memory Board’ – an Eidetic Neurotraining System with Integrated Digital Activities for Enhancing Cognitive Functions in Primary School Children Under Martial Law Conditions”, earned international recognition.



A special award from the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation, Mawhiba Fund, was presented to 11th-grade student Tymofii Meshkov from Kharkiv for his project “Concept of a Secure Energy System.”

For reference, the Ukrainian qualifying stage for Regeneron ISEF is called Eco-Techno Ukraine. It is organized annually by the National Ecological and Naturalistic Center (NENC) of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in partnership with the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.” This year, the International Center for Innovation and Technology ICITY also joined as a sponsor of the national selection round.
