OFFICIAL RULES OF THE PROMOTION

“20% Discount on Education” (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”)

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. The Organizer and Initiator of the “20% Discount on Education” promotion (hereinafter the “Promotion”) is Limited Liability Company “ICITY”, located at: Ukraine, 54034, Mykolaiv, 34/1 Myru Avenue, EDRPOU Code 45884127 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “ICITY”).

1.2. The Promotion is conducted to raise consumer awareness of the Organizer’s products and services, for promotional purposes, to attract new clients, and to increase sales volume.

1.3. This Promotion is not a lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Rules do not constitute a public promise of reward or the terms of a contest.

1.4. Information for Participants regarding the conditions of the Promotion is provided through printed materials and on the Organizer’s official website at icity.team (hereinafter – “Website”), in the Promotion’s informational materials.

2. PROMOTION TERRITORY AND PERIOD

2.1. The Promotion runs from 00:00 on March 1, 2025, to 23:59 on June 1, 2025 (Kyiv time) (hereinafter the “Promotion Period”).

2.2. The Promotion is valid within the territory of Mykolaiv and Mykolaiv region, and is open to individuals residing in these locations.

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

3.1. Participants are individuals who meet the requirements of these Rules and perform all the required actions within the Promotion Period. Participation implies full acceptance of these Rules.

3.2. The following individuals are not eligible to participate or receive the benefit:

Minors or individuals with limited legal capacity;
Non-citizens of Ukraine;
Legal entities.

3.3. To participate, an eligible individual must, during the Promotion Period:

Obtain an ICITY promotional flyer indicating a 20% discount;
Review the Rules of the Promotion as published on the icity.team website under the “News” section;
Visit the ICITY office at: 34/1 Myru Avenue, Mykolaiv, 54034, Ukraine, and present the flyer;
Sign a service agreement with ICITY to receive the 20% discount on the first payment, i.e., the first month of attendance at ICITY.

3.4. Promotional flyers cannot be combined to increase the discount. Even if a participant has multiple flyers, the maximum discount remains 20%.

3.5. The discount is valid only for the first month of attendance. It does not apply to subsequent months after the agreement is signed.

4. OTHER TERMS

4.1. Participants act personally, on their own behalf, voluntarily, and independently. Persons with limited legal capacity participate voluntarily with the consent of legal representatives or guardians.

4.2. The Organizer is not responsible for protecting any data other than the Personal Data provided under the signed Agreement and processed according to the separate Consent attached to the Agreement.

4.3. The Organizer is not liable in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, fire, flood, warfare, blockades, significant legislative changes, or other events beyond its control as defined in Article 141, Section 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine”.

4.4. Participation implies that the Participant has fully read and unconditionally accepted these Rules. Violation of the Rules or refusal to comply is considered withdrawal from the Promotion.

4.5. In cases of ambiguous interpretation or matters not covered by these Rules, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

4.6. These Rules may be amended or supplemented by the Organizer during the Promotion. Any changes will be published in the same manner as the original Rules and will take effect from the time of publication unless otherwise specified.
